The Accel Group Is Expanding & Relocationg

(Cedar Rapids, IA)- Ahmann Companies is excited to announce The Accel Group will be expanding & relocating to their new location; occupying the second and third floor of a newly constructed mixed-use office/retail building at The Fountains Development. Fusion Architects is finalizing plans for the new building, and Compass Commercial Services broke ground back in April 2020 with a completion date of Spring/Summer 2021. Q4 Real Estate has been working closely with The Accel Group, Ahmann Companies, and The Fountains to broker this transaction.

The Fountains is a mixed-use work/play development on approximately 19 acres, located at the intersection of Edgewood Rd, Blairs Ferry Rd, and Highway 100 extension.
