(Craig) So Luke why don’t you go ahead and tell us a little bit about the building that is being constructed behind us. (Luke) Yeah Craig so the building that’s being constructed behind us is 6407 Partners Avenue, an industrial building. This would be perfect for a warehouse user, a contractor, and manufacturing. It’s located off of Highway 151 and Highway 13.
(Craig) Perfect, why don’t you tell us a little bit about some of the attributes and amenities that are coming with the building and why it would be perfect for manufacturing and warehousing. (Luke) Yeah so Craig there is going to be overhead doors on the front of the building. We are going to be looking at the back of the building here. There will be docks on the back as well as a warehouse in the back as well, and I believe you have radiant tube heaters.
(Craig) Is this building for sale or for lease? (Luke) Yeah Craig so there is anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet that is available for sale and for lease. (Craig) Ok so minimum square footage is 10,000 and maximum is about 20,000. (Luke) Correct. (Craig) And as we can see we don’t have a physical building built yet but when do you think the completion date would be? (Luke) So the completion date is looking to be around January 2023.
