What is a CCIM? Why work with a CCIM?
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is an expert in commercial and investment real estate. The CCIM curriculum includes four essential skills courses for commercial real estate: financial analysis, market analysis, decision analysis, and investment analysis. CCIM candidates then provide proof of their field experience with a resume of closed transactions and/or consultations, then they must pass a comprehensive exam to secure a spot among the global standard for commercial real estate professionals.
