Temporary parking options will be available until a permanent parking structure is completed by July 2025.
Kingston Yard is destination style 7.7 acre master-planned development located within the Kingston Village District at the intersection of 1st Avenue and 1st Street SW, visible from I-380/I-27. Other amenities surrounding the development include McGrath Amphitheatre, Downtown Farmers Market, and the Cedar Valley Nature Trail system.
