Cedar Rapids Iowa – LV Nails will be the first tenant to open at Peck’s Landing. LV Nails is a full-service nail salon that provides manicures, pedicures and nail enhancements. The interior finishes were done in a calming, modern look that is unique to the Cedar Rapids area.
“We’re really excited to have our first tenant opening for business,” said Craig Byers of Q4 Real Estate. “This salon is a great addition to the lineup of other businesses that will be opening sometime later this spring,” Byers said.
Compass Commercial Builders has been working on the Peck’s Landing development since last year, and several retail spaces have already been spoken for with openings planned soon. Compass also completed the interior build out for LV Nails. Additional sites at Peck’s Landing are available as part of a build-to-suit turnkey project, and spaces are for lease through the Ahmann Companies team.
