Hey everyone I am Craig Byers and this is Austin Geasland and we are from Q4 Real Estate.
(Craig) Today we are standing in the brand new X-Golf, golf simulator, family entertainment facility right in the middle of the Edgewood Road Town Centre off Edgewood Road NE in Cedar Rapids.
(Craig) Austin and I were proud to represent the landlord in obtaining such a great tenant out here. (Austin) This place is awesome! It’s got eight state of the art golf simulators, dart boards, a bunch of bar games, full service bar and restaurant with TV’s all over to watch sports while you are in here. (Austin) We are really excited to have them in our development. They are going to be a great player in the community and in Cedar Rapids. (Austin) This is the new marque destination for golf simulator facilities in the area so really suggest you guys come and check this place out. It is awesome and we’ve had a great time working with these guys to get this deal done.
