Team Coordinator

Kelly earned her MBA in Business Administration from University of Dubuque Life in Cedar Rapids. Kelly brings 13 years of experience in city government where she provided a wide range of administrative support related to construction and development projects. Kelly’s background includes processing building permit applications for residential and commercial construction, explaining city codes and policies to applicants, taking minutes during board, city council, and project meetings to review and approve building and development plans, managing property purchase and development agreements and related documentation, and coordinating economic development and marketing initiatives.

Kelly is passionate about health and fitness, traveling, enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors to walk in the community, hiking on trials and attending yoga and other fitness classes and social activities with friends.
