(Craig) Hey everyone! This is Craig Byers with Q4 Real Estate. I am standing on the roof of one of the buildings located at The Fountains development which is located on the northeast side of Cedar Rapids on the corner of Blairs Ferry Road and Edgewood Road NE.
(Craig) We are coming from The Fountains development today to tell you about the limited amount of retail space that we have available.
(Craig) Over here in the brand new Accel building we have about 2,700 square feet of retail located on the first floor. Co-tenants in this building would be Accel Insurance Group along with Sanctuary Spa, Ritual Med Boutique, and Hotworx, which is a workout facility.
(Craig) If you have a great retail business that would go along with those co-tenants, please give me a call.
(Craig) Over this shoulder and across Edgewood Road in the distance you will see the Fleet Farm development. We have several opportunities for different retail businesses to go out there, ranging anywhere from as small as 1,500 square feet to as large as 9,000 square feet.
